Small / medium sized base themed map in a classic id1 style for vanilla Quake. The author's first release for Quake.

"I recently picked up TrenchBroom again and I simply cannot hide it any longer: the undistilled ease with which I've been able to put together extremely satisfying custom Quake maps has far, far exceeded the joy that Doom has brought me even over the last decade-and-a-half. I have moved on, nay, transcended to a new medium, and have now seen the light - 3D is better than 2.5D, in every way conceivable. [...] I sincerely hope you enjoy my final hurrah, which is a Quake map that I had the inimitable MarkieMusic assist with live onstream in mid-2021. I picked it up again and polished it off for release. It may not be much, as there's fewer than 100 enemies and it serves as little more than an introduction to my forthcoming Quake era, but I sincerely hope you enjoy.
